What's the difference between the Startup Track and the Growth Track?
The Startup Masterclass is for businesses under 2 years trading — it covers the foundations most people skip in the early rush. The Growth Masterclass is for more established businesses focusing on systemising and scaling. When you join, you tell us how long you've been trading and we confirm your track from there. You can always ask us if you're not sure which fits.
Is this for any type of business?
The Academy works best for service businesses, consultancies, trades, and small product businesses that are already generating revenue and need proper foundations. It's not designed for pre-revenue businesses. If you haven't launched yet, our Founders Framework is a better starting point.
What does the Business MOT actually involve?
It's a structured diagnostic session with Neil. You'll work through your business honestly — operations, sales, marketing, finances, team and come away with a clear picture of what to prioritise. It's not a polished presentation deck. It's a working session that tells you what's actually going on.
How does the monthly Q&A work?
Live, online, once a month. You bring the questions about anything in the programme, your business, or whatever you're wrestling with right now. Neil answers them directly. Sessions are recorded for members who can't make it live.
What happens if a payment is missed on the monthly plan?
We'll contact you directly. We're not in the business of quietly cancelling access without a conversation but we do need payments to stay current to maintain your place. If something comes up, let us know early and we'll work through it.
Can I switch from the payment plan to a single payment later?
Yes. If you're on the deposit + monthly plan and want to clear the balance in one go, get in touch and we'll sort it. You'll pay the equivalent of the one-payment price minus whatever you've already paid — so you get the saving, just a little later.
